I have now enrolled in the gyms version of "the biggest loser" I'm 5'8ish I weigh 208. I am enjoying the elpical. However, I need to find a work out plan that suits me. I work 12 hour night shifts. I need a quick 1 hour total body weight lifting routine on the nights that I work. And then I need a broken down weight lifting routine on the days I don't work. Currently I am seeing a trainer 1 day a week. I am doing the elpical for 1 hour almost every day.
