I am eating protein bars,shakes as well as protein meats and can not meat the target amount, only 1/2 the carbs, 1/2 the calories too. Any suggestions?:
Are you talking about the nutrition plan generated here? It tends to run high in everything. try recalcultaing your needs. there is a post in the FAQs section on how many calories you need with some formulas, there is also a good formula/eating plan in the WSSC challenge thread..look it up in fit buddy.
