I'm on the third week of the ab program now and im finding it kind of easy. Should i do a few extra reps or another set or will it get harder soon?

It's gets progressively harder towards the middle. If you find it easy now, do more sets and/or more reps.

You can also try adding a little more weight.. Don't forget to try and go slow on most of the exercises for the positive and negative part of them and pause for a second at the top of most of them (like a crunch).. if its still too easy you can probably add a TINY bit of weight.. but you probably don't want to add too much.. sooner or later you'll probably hear the classic phrase "a six pack is made in the kitchen not in the gym" so don't forget to watch your diet too...

I'm on the 4th week now and so far all i've had is crunches, leg raises and seated twists. When are they going to start adding more exercises.

The fifth week. The program guidlines tell you that it's really simple for the first five weeks then it gets progressively harder. I am on week 5 now it's starting to get interesting.

And you don't always have to do a lots of different exercises to get great results......
But if you want to do another exercise next to then why not just do it?

I'm fixing to start week 5. I don't think it looks all that easy. But looking forward to the challenge.

It's cool don't worry. It's not too easy, not too hard..yet.
