Well I just started here. Over 40 and falling apart. :laugh:
I've been working out for about a year now and hit a wall so I thought I'd search the web and found here! :) I just started yesterday on my workout but ran into a slight oops with the snow so I can't make it to the gym. I will do what I can here at home so I can keep my workout up and going.
I do have a question. How do you add a food that's not on the food list? I have to eat foods without eggs in it so I buy vegan foods and have no way to post what I eat. I try to get as close as possible but some times just don't find anything close.
