i am in need of a person to help coach me through the days. i give up to easy and i need to lose alot of weight. i am a mom of 3 boys and recently i was told by my doctor that if i didnt lose weight i would end up with a heart attack. help
What I like to do is I like to put some music on in the background so I have something to motivate me. I usually end up doing more reps than I am supposed to because I am so lost in the music!:cool:
