So heres the deal. I just started lifting again. I am roughly 150lbs and i am 5.6" i am an athletic build except that i have a bit of pudge on my stomach. I am trying to lift and get as big as i can in 5 months. Is there a "best" way to go about getting big and losing that small ammount of fat at the same time? Should i lift like normal and throw in 3 days of 1-2 miles of running?
