I just signed up tonight because I want to get back into shape and tone up! I am currently a pharmacy student and I am always sitting around studying. I am hoping I can get into a routine that won't cut into my study time and give me more energy so I don't have to take naps!

Im also new. signed up 5 minutes ago, im determined to lose weight, and it always helps having other people in the same boat to chat to, especially on them days were you really cant be bothered, and need that gentle push.
If anyone had any good tips id be grateful, its very daunting first getting into it.
