hello there,
i have a pear shape. i follow diets and workout my upper body parts once/week and lower legs twice/week.i do HIIT 3/times a week and steady, 45 min twice/week, usually on weekends. i started working out last year and i have been seing progress. however, i was wandering what my dinner should include, since is right after my workout, should i eat complex carbs with it? i eat complex carbs only in the morning.keep in mind that i go with very heavy weights for the upper body, and moderate for the lower body.
could you please kindly give me your valuable suggestions?
