I have been working out now for about a month. Of that time I have used the basic workout for 2 1/2 wks. No noted wt change yet but clothes do fit different. I think its because of muscle and fat redistribution.
I plan to stick with it and now w/ the professional upgrade I may see more results:big_smile:
Sometimes it takes a bit longer for the ladies to see improvement than the fellas do. Just keep with it and make sure your diet is on track, because if it isn't your efforts will most likely be in vane.
