I am 18 female
i weight 9st and am 5ft6
im not sure if thts right for my height or w.e
im a dancer and go to stage school bt only 3 times a week
its hard work and we exersise lots , im far from over weight bt im not comfortable with my size.
i go to the gym 5days a week sometimes 2ce a day
tredmill for 30 mins on number 12
cross trainer 30 mins level 7
and do around 200 sit ups
also leg lifts and the plank etc,
i dont no if im being impatiant bt i wanna get ripped and quick although im scared running too mch is gna bulk up my legs etc i already have muscly thighs through ballet!!
