Can I alter the sequence of exercise

On the day of Triceps and Biceps, I have Biceps first and then triceps. But after doing biceps, I find it difficult to do triceps fully. Can I start with triceps and then do biceps ??

Yeah feel free to mix it up with whatever feels comfortable to you.

Instead of completing all my triceps exercises, then doing biceps, I like to alternate between the two (a triceps exercise followed by biceps) ... or if you're feeling really masochistic, superset them.

But as suggested above, do whatever you're most comfortable with. Enjoy!!

Yes supersets is what works the best for me as well.

Try it for a while and see how you feel about it.

Actually, work on your WEAKER muscle first! If you feel that your triceps need more work than your biceps, then start with tricep exercises. You can always incorporate advanced techniques like supersets, drop sets, etc. to your routine.

what is a superset ? Is it something like doing triceps and then without rest I go on to do biceps.
