Hey everybody just making my first post introducing myself to everyone. I'm 20 years old going to college and working full time. I'm looking to make some solid muscle gains but I dont want to gain fat. I'm pretty toned as I am right now and I dont want to change that. I currently weight 155 and I'm hoping to make it to 180. Any tips would be appreciated as I am pretty new to this. I feel confident in the actual workouts but I do want pointers as far as diet goes. Thanks, Jeff.
