Two days ago I went to the gym and did standing calf raises. I hardly had any aching yesterday until the evening and even then it wasn't bad. This morning when I woke up and got up from bed I had a very hard time stretching out my legs and I was walking with bent knees because of the pain.
Throughout the day, whenever I would sit for maybe 20 minutes or more, I would have the same problem and it got progressively worst as the day went on. I tried stretching, but that would only help temporarily and I feel like I might make it worse if I continue to do it.
I don't want to miss school because of this, but I feel like I can barely walk. What can I do?
