ok,so ive been off these forums for a while now, made big improvements, but this last week i had a problem. i was working out my obliques and all was going good, i got nice and sore, but now 3 days later one side of my lower stomach seems to be inflamed. there is a noticeable difference between the left and right side of the lower part of my stomach. i dont know whether i should be scared or if this is normal in a way? any help would be greatly appreciated
