Hi my name is Mark, right now am deployed with the military and i have all the right equipment to better myself. For some reason as much as i try i feel like i get nowhere when i work-out. I have 4 months before my R&R and during that time i will return home to my wife and kids. I want to go home with a new body not only for myself but for my wife as well SHE DESERVES it too. I am really looking forward to this program I have tried everthing and nothing seems to work well for me, it's probably me.I see alot of great responses in the forum and am hoping i can achieve my goal. Just had to get that off my chest thanks for listening.
What's your diet like? Fitness is about tackling your health from multiple fronts: DIET, strength training, and cardio. If you've got the latter two down, than diet is likely the culprit. Look in the diet forum for advice on balancing out your eating for your specific fitness goals.
