Hi, i was just wondering if its ok to take the gnc whey protein with regular milk? I'm 16 years old im 5 6 and weigh 135 pounds. Im looking to put on mass but i cant afford to buy all of those weight gainers or anything like that. Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can gain mass like what foods i should eat or if there any other things i can take?? James
You have to eat.. a LOT.. eat and eat and eat some more.. set your goals in the nutrition section and it will give you an idea of how many calories you need to take in... don't eat more in one sitting.. try to instead break your meals up into 5-6 a day... At that height/weight i'm guessing you might be a hardgainer or something ilke that.. try to start a journal of what you take in on an average day and total things up that way.. Thats pretty much how I guess it would work.. then again i'm smaller than you and I don't take supps or mass up.. =/
