Hey I'm pretty new to this site. I've had my name for years but have never actually used the site. So this is my first time really using it....So I started a diet today. I'm 20, 190 lbs. and 5'11. I'm trying to get down to 170. I have a little gut and most of the fat is in my thighs. My main goal is to lose those 20 pounds, flatten my stomach (try to get a little close to a six pack :)) , and get toned. I'm goin to Daytona in 2 months and want to look good... I've looked at other threads and noticed a lot of people are against Hydroxycut. I just started taking it today, and it does give me that extra boost. So I was wondering if I really shouldn't use it/or if it really actually boosts your metabolism and helps you lose weight... Also, what kind of diet/workout program should I follow to get my results. Any help would be awesome.
