Hi! I am a new member here.
Why do I have the same exercises every day?

You mean the same exercises every week?.. Could be a mass program.. that or something with the type of weights you picked to work with.. Did you pick freeweights or machines or both... fill out your profile too...

It also depends on a few different things you entered. For most beginners here I've noticed serious repition in the exercises. However if you read through this site it explains that it's necessary to build a foundation.

Welcome to ft! The exercises will normally consist of compound ones, so you'll see a lot of them week after week. If you've signed up for the mass program, you will begin to see a few isolation exercises towards the end of the program.

Hope this helps. If you're not sure what the difference is between compound and isolation, you can look it up by going to the main menu, choose ft Exercises Resources, then Exercise ft Tools, then Basics of Exercise.

Good luck!

Try and follow your fprogram as best as possible. I have finished one program already and loved the results. I am now on my second program. A lot of the exercises are the same, but you will most likely get a variation towards the end of your program. It should also change the sequence of your exercises. Welcome to Ft and good luck.
