Hello everyone I am new to this site. I am 22 years old and Im over weight. I weigh 150 pounds and Im 5'4". My goal is to lose 30 pounds by the summer. I just wanted to see if any of you have any tips on some good work out routines and stretching. I have a problem with my knees. When I was 16 I was in a bad motorcycle accident and my knees give me a really hard time when I do cardio. Does anyone have any ideas on how i can streghthen my knees??? It may sound silly but when it comes to working out Im kind of clueless, I guess me being over weight is a reflection of that:(
