I guess alot of us struggle with losing weight due to lack of motivation. We use the lack of time excuse for this reason (sometimes). Are there excercises we could be doing while we go about our daily life? For examle, I'm a desk jockey lol but there are times throughout my day where I find myself sitting at my desk doing nothing. Could I be doing an excercise?

I think that people struggle with weight loss because they don't have the knowledge necessary to be successful. If you think about it; most people see what the media shows them about fitness. They see "The Biggest Loser" and use that as an example as how to "properly lose weight". I love that show, but it's not a very realistic example. Most people don't get to hear about how crucial a proper diet is to weight loss. The old saying "knowledge is power" has never rang any truer than when it comes to fitness.
