Is there another exercise that target the same muscle groups?
I'm currently using the Home Exercise Program, but I have nothing that can support my weight and is long enough.:(
So I'm looking for other exercises that targets the same muscle groups (mainly upper back). I have access to free weights.:dumbbell:
