I'm 18 and weight 250 pounds. I'm really the only heavy person in my house and nobody really understands how to help me. I know I need to help myself but its hard to when you can't get anyone to tell you that they know you can do it. And just keep going, the end result is going to be fantastic. I guess thats really what I'm looking for here. I want to loose 100 pounds by the end of August/ begining of Septemeber. I want to be happier with who I am. I know there are people here who understand that. =]
100 pounds is a tall order. Look in the diet and nutrition forums to get a starting point for your dietary needs. Then get a strength training program from this site.
