To lose weight do I need to eat more than 1 or 2 times a day ?

Eating 1 or 2 times a day?!?! I eat 2x before I even leave for work in the morning.

Lol I know how to do that but I jus don't know what's the healthiest stuff to eat is and the amount to get the calories I need it would be helpful for like some kind of meal plan I guess the one on here I can't use for some reason
