i am currently in iraq all i have to workout with is dumbells and cable crossovermachine and cardio eguipment we have benches and stuff but no barbell bench i am on a 5 day rotaion so i usualy take my off day on my 5th day cause it a 24 hour miission i usualy do
chest and tris day 1
legs and bi day 2
shoulder day 3
back day 4
off day 5
then i start over
i do cardio everyday and abs
i need to know if there is a good workout plan for them days and what i am doing wrong
can anyone help
