Officially introduce yourself to the community by sharing your goals, obstacles or accomplishments. Don't be shy.. we're all here for the same reason. The more support we share the easier it will be to reach our goals!
Push-ups, sit-ups, and lots of running. It will be a little intense at first when you get there. If things haven't changed too much from when I went (Feb 2003), then plan on 3 days a week of running and 3 days a week of push-ups and sit-ups.
