Hi everyone! I'm 5'8" and 176 pounds. I just had my third child three months ago and my body has just hit a plateau. I was doing jazzercise for cardio and the scale has just quit moving. Very depressing...lol! I have been eating grilled chicken breast and steamed cabbage alot as I am a picky eater. What kind of things should I be doing to see the scale move again. I have more weight to lose and as much as I exercise and try to eat right it isn't going anywhere. Any advice on nutrition and exercise would be greatly appreciated..Thank you all for helping!
