From what I can see, I'd say lose the wine glass and start a general exercise routine. It doesn't appear that you're carrying a lot of excess baggage. You'll get there quicker than most. The FT "increase lean muscle mass and definition" program combined with the special abs program would be a good place to start. Remember fitness is best practiced as a way of life rather than an means to a temporary goal.
