Hi everyone. I'm new to the forum and to exercise. I've been reading the forum for a few days now, trying to understand the best way to get healthy. I think I have a good plan now but I would appreciate it if someone who knows better could check it's the best thing for me. I currently live in Russia and don't have access to a gym until I return to the UK, so the home workout is my only option. I'm 6,3 and the last time I weighed about 190 lb (need to buy some scales), my first goals are to lose the beer belly and tone up. My plan is to workout Mon, Wed, Fri, then to go running on Tue, Thur and rest at the weekend. Also I plan to follow the high protein, low carb, fish oil diet for the first 6 weeks. Thanks for any help.
