Fitness PLan - Doubled up on exercises??

The exercise plan that is laid out for me, for example chest, tells me to do 4 sets of flat bench dumbell flies twice. Why am I doing the same exercise twice in the program for that week?

Please clarify or if there is a glitch in the program.
