I'm new... I did my first day today. I'm on the 12 week ab program. I'm doing the home version with no weights but I do have a treadmill. So the cardio is taken care of. My goal is to walk on the mill at least 60 minutes a day. My question is ... Since I am using no weights and have no access to them at this time can I still get tone? Or at least get tone enough to take the extra wave out of goodbye? Also, How many weeks in before we start working on the AB area? I understand everything needs to be done certain ways. Just curious. :dumbbell:

Welcome to FT!
You will likely need some resistance in your program. I'm not sure what the At Home program has set up for you. It should include things like pushups, free squats and so on... what's in it now?

Push ups, squats, chin between chairs, bicep curls with cans, triceps are the one where I do it with a chair behind me. I have some weights. But we just moved and I can't find them anywhere. It's drivin me crazy. I'm thinkin about goin to get one of those balls and all. I def need some resistance. My legs aren't really getting anything from the squats because they are already tone. I love this place so far. I'm thinkin about joinin the membership plan. Do push ups etc help your abs? That is my main concern right now. The excess weight I put on around the belly and back. I would love for that fat to melt a way. I wish there was a way to lose some lbs quick so I'd be more motivated... LOL. I was thinkin about takin those stackers 2. Do you have any suggestions?
