Ok, I understand that caloric intake and the ratio of your fats, carbs and protein are important, especially for weight loss (my goal). But what I am not sure of, does every meal have to have close to the perfect breakdown of those nutrients? Or is it more important that at the end of the day, the calories are where they are suppose to be as well as the carbs, fat and protien?
