So i am new to the whole working out thing. never have worked out a day in my life. Im 5'11'' 185lbs. i have a beer gut that i want to get rid of, but i still want to drink beer. i want to try and get as tone as i can. any suggestions?
Beer isnt going to help........hence beer gut...... everyone here states a huge part of losing your gut is proper diet......and well i dont think beer is in that diet....lol.......good luck.....In the mean time maybe trying to cut back, if your not willing to quit......
