Hi, I'm 24 and from Ireland. I'm training to be a teacher. I love takeaway food too mch and although I would like to exercise, I never do!
I'm 146 pounds and I'm 5'5" so I don't think I'm overweight just yet but if I put on 1 or 2 more pounds, then I will be!!
My target is to lose 20 pounds in 10 weeks. That means I've set an achievable goal (I hope!) of 2 pounds every week.
In reality, I'm not gonna be looking at the numbers, as long as my dress sizes come down. I'm a big size 12 (in Irish sizes) but I would like to be a comfortable size 10. So I'd like to go down almost 2 dress sizes really.
I'm pear shaped and my thighs are too big for my liking!! I'm going on holidays in 10 weeks too and I don't want extra fat hanging out anywhere!!
I wanna feel better!!

Make sure to get your diet dialed in first and foremost. Don't get discouraged if you go several weeks without seeing the results you are expect. This is very normal, especially with the ladies(ask my wife when I first started training her!) and it just takes a bit longer to really start revving-up on the weight loss.
