I am currently 30 years old and I gained an astounding 150 lbs over the course of 10 years and 5 kids. I have lost 60 lbs in the last 3 months and would like to lost an additional 100 lbs.. I need tips suggestions..I know I need more intense workouts, and I need to lose all this belly fat..Help me!
