Ok all. WE are in Chicago, all moved in and been here for almost 2 months. I had little Sydney 3 weeks ago, and am on week 2 of light exersizing since you aren't really supposed to get on it until week 6. But, I'm doing lunges and push ups, as well as keeping up with 2 kids. That counts right??
I also tried(I think it worked) putting a profile picture up that has myself and Paul in it, so those who have been around forever like me can finally see me somewhat, and see Paulie too.:love:

How's your diet looking? That's gonna play a huge role in getting you in shape. Don't get frustrated if you're weight loss is slow coming, it can take a while for your body to start firing on all cylinders, especially after having a child.

Honestly, I know I am not eating near enough, but what I am able to get in is pretty clean(yogurt, fruit, whole wheat bagels with low fat peanut butter). I am getting like....1000 calories less than I should be, but our little one is dealing with what we think is newborn acid reflux, and she needs a LOT of attention when she is having an episode. Between her and our 2 1/2 year old, the fact I am able to get anything into my mouth is amazing!

Not eating enough is almost as bad as eating too much. If you don't eat enough, your body will want to hoard calories and you're not going to be losing much if any weight.

Oh, I'm losing weight all right, just totally in the wrong way, and it won't stay off if I'm not able to start changing things. Hopefully life will allow that to happen!

You have to FORCE the issue. Do not wait for the time to be right in life. Your life is basically at stake!

I'm not the type of person to let a month old baby cry so I can get something to eat. That's just not in me. Hopefully though, depending on how her dr appt goes tomorrow, things could get a lot easier, and I will be able to do more for myself.
