Okay all........i notice some changes, i feel a little stronger...Im alot hungrier than before.....Im not losing hardly any weight at all.....I would like to see some weight to come off.....Im doing exercises 3 x a week, abs 3 times a week and cardio 3 times a week.....My diet well im trying.....Im also drinking alot more water than i used too...So im def trying, but yet i still feel like im failing...i really want the weight loss.......And did i mention i will be 30 in a month.....grrrrr:angry:

dietgirl - look up the WSSC Food Plan and give it a whirl. You are either over or under eating and probably eating the wrong things..goodluck :)

I am diet (food wise) STUPID.....ive noticed, if there isnt a specific food plan infront of me, forget it.....Im not sure if its because im lazy or just honetly i dont get it... or both......Would anyone wanna help me actually make up a grocery list and a specific plan to follow oh lets say for 2 weeks to see if i notice a change??????? Please anyone....

Look up WSSC for vammishammi in the bodybuilding forum, its right near the top and has all the info you need.
STOP BEING LAZY ABOUT IT and you'll get results.
