I've been working with this for a few weeks, it seems ok. I finish workouts in 45 minutes - this seems a little short compared to my previous routines.
thats a great program.. and how can it not be coming from some of the strongest people in the world.. i put on 50 pounds to my bench and squat and gained about 10 pounds in about 5 months. I really liked it because it was much different from the workouts I had been doing (bodybuilding routine). 45 minutes is good. a workout shouldn't really be longer than an hour and anything around that time is fine. Remember it about quality not quantity.. If you went all out on only one exercise per bodypart compared to 3 or 4 half assed, you would see much better results.
