I just discovered ft this morning as I was searching for a workout program designed specifically for weight loss. I have gone up and down in weight significantly over the past 5 years...starting with a 100 pound weight loss. I am now back up about 50 pounds from my lowest weight and want to get this back under control. I don't want to gain all that weight back.
