Dont' feel so bad, you didn't lose much. Ab routines are over-rated. You get abs mostly(95%) from smart, reduced calorie dieting. I do abs once, maybe twice a week if that.
it still makes ya mad, im the kinda person where i have to follow a routine and stick with it and to do something then it be wiped out just really flat out sucks....Its like the rain on my parade....
