Hi! I wanted to know if I should eat all the calories it tells me to eat. They say I should have 2198 calories, 330 carbs, 27 fats, and 165 protein. I have 1474 calories, 165 carbs, 32 fats, and 43 protein. I am 15 I weigh 165 and am 5'. Can anybody help?
If you're exercising or getting active every day then 1500-1800 calories a day should do for weight loss. The calorie calculator on this site is a little too generous to say the least...
