I am a relative beginner at true weight training. I am now on a dedicated schedule and routine. I love a good bicep tricep workout but always pay for it the next day. I know the problem is with stretching. I do my best to get some good stretches in but I wonder if there is any suggestions for a good arm stretch. My problem areas are lower bicep and upper forearm. Thanks.
I actually stretch in between sets. If you're soreness continues for several days(one or even two is ok) after you work a muscle, you're more than likely over training.
