Hey everyone, i have been sick now since the friday before easter.....Not feeling well at all and have fallen out of my routine.....I am beyond tired and really dont have the energy to work out....Im scared i have fallen out of my routine and the little bit of weight i took off im going to put back on.....ANY SUGGESTIONS????:angry:

Like Tim said, rest, eat, heal up and get better. The gym will be there when you feel better.

Thanks guys.....yea i know i need the rest....i have been going to bed before 9p the last 4 nights, im normally up til like midnite......so hopefully with the extra rest i will bounce back fast....

***now heres my thing, i havent lost much weight but i notice my lower stomach flattening out, could that be from the ab exercises and cardio???? However like i said the weight though isnt very much to even talk about.... Im not complaining believe that.......:big_smile:
