Okay please after this look on my post below this one titled SICK.....
Anywho im wondering why since i started working out, that im craving SUGAR.......now i have always craved salt...not big on sweets what so ever, however since working out i notice im looking for something sweet to eat...DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE WHAT SO EVER???????
Have you given up a lot of sugary foods? I too crave sweets, but I have a couple of snacks that help me through it. The first is low fat cottage cheese, with mixed berries(I get the frozen "berry medley" which is unsweetened) and a little splenda for added sweetness. The other thing I'm into is Fiber one bars. They come in a variety of flavors(I love the chocolate drizzle) and run around 140 calories. Plus they're full of fiber, so there's at least one redeeming feature.
i havent given up alot of sugary foods, i really dont care for sweets....occasionally but nothing to be missing as a daily routine.......and in my tea i always have my 2 packs of sweet n low.........so no nothing different but now im like i want anything sweet......lol......not as bad here past few days cause i have been sick, but just weird.....
thanks for the tips, i will see if they kill the sweet tooth....REALLY, i hope it leaves again....lol
