I have heard that many people cook on Sunday for the entire week, and have tried that only to find that by Friday my meal tastes like old air.

Suggestions? What type of things do people make that stays good that long?

*example, i made ham and cabbage (boiled dinner) after keeping out a container, i froze the rest.....You can freeze *almost* anything then pull it out the day you wanna eat it.....
