I am 47 years old. I'm 6'3, 240 and and out of shape. My biggest problem is that I have lost a great deal of flexibility in my knees, hips and legs. I went mini-golfing with my son over the weekend and could barely bend over to get the balls out of the holes.
I realize that I'm not 21 anymore but this is ridiculous. Trouble is, I don't know how/where to start and I'm hoping that this community might be able to steer me in the right direction.
I need to get on a routine that will allow me to to regain flaxibility and strength in my lower body.
