what can I use for weights?

i´ve trained for to weeks now, using for can curls and side laterals 1 bottle (1.5 liters) filled with water for each arm. but thats only 3 lbs...
what else can i use for weights...i can´t realy find anything..

If at all possible buy some free weights, they are pretty cheap. You can pick them up anywhere, TARGET even sells them. Or check out a play-it-again-sports.

I see in your profile that your only 14 years old, so I can appreciate the fact that you don't have any of your own money to spend on weight's. Maybe you could try asking your parent's or guardian's for some cheat free weights for your birthday or christmas.

You can fill the bottles with sand or dirt instead of water. This should increase the weight some.

dsarco I think you are rather out of place and trying to make skinny robin look stupid, not because he is 14 doesn't mean he doesn't have money either saved or something... ugg I hate when people do that!
