I wanted to find out what I could do to help one side develop more than the other. I have a hemi paresis and muscle atrophy on one side and can never seem to develop it much.
I have a similar problem. I have been told to superset and to make sure I am working each body part individually. If I am benching I will use dumbells, if I am doing leg curls, I will do single leg curls. Good Luck, hope this has helped you some, definetly do a quick search and see what other people suggest too!
