need help on weight loose issues

im new on this and i have few problems i never been this "big" in my whole life but sents my health issue i havin trouble losing weight i have made sum bad food choices and need to no wat type foods i can eat how much of it and what kind treats r gud for me how much i can eat it (nothin to high sugars tho) and am i exersisng enough i do 7 days aweek been at this for 3 months and lost very little weight. it starting to make me depressed :(:(:( any idea people????

Your diet is most likely the core of the problems right now. Either you are eating too many calories, or too little given the fact that you seem to be very active. Take a peek in the diet forums for some really great ideas on what types of foods and how much of them to eat.

I just read a response from you on another thread and it seems like you are eating only 1000 calories a day? This is far too low considering how active you are. A good rule of thumb is 10 calories per pound of body weight per day. This number can go as high as 15 as you get leaner.
Try for a deficit of about 500 calories a day, split between exercise and dietary cuts. This should give you about a pound a week of weight loss.
