Hello everyone my name is Mandy, im 26 and i live in PA.
Since December 2008 I have lost 15lbs and Im still working at about 15 more lbs. I am overly annoyed with my large hips tho. It seems as if I cant shake the "back fat" no matter what i do. I do back situps on my ball and that seems to burn the area, but was wondering if there is anything else I can do to help out. Thanks!!

YES. Romanian deadlifts. They are ery beneficial all over, but the area you mentioned burns like crazy and my glutes have really rounded up. I'm 5'4, 130lbs and dealift 70 lbs. You'll begin seeing results in a matter of 3-4 weeks and should do this move no more often than twice a week. Lift as much weight as you can manage (with good form)10 reps, 3 sets. It's a power-packed move, trust me. Google tp see proper form, as that is crucial.

My second recommendation would be lots of reps/sets on the hip adductor/abductor machine doing pyramid style sets. Start with 45lbs, then increase to 50 second set, and then 60 for the third set of 12.
