Hi,
I just joined this site today and not looking for a group yet but just needs someone to help push me to my goals. I'm 52 yr old female (a sister) with a soon to be six year old and I would like to be 125 pounds from 138 at 5'1. I work at a job that I sit at all day but my son is very active.

If you are sitting all day..do but flexes..kinda dance in your seat. You can do the same in your car..turn up the music and dance. When you walk..flex that but. You can also do pelvic dips and flex your lower abs. These have worked great for me...lots of walking..slow and fast. You can do it!!!
